Ministerstvo zdravotníctva SR ako sprostredkovateľský orgán pre Integrovaný regionálny operačný program 2014 – 2020 (ďalej aj ako „SO pre IROP“ alebo „poskytovateľ“) oznamuje, že aktualizovalo usmernenie č. 2 k zabezpečovaniu budúcich pohľadávok a povinného poistenia.
Predmetom aktualizácie je úprava podmienok pre vznik povinnosti zriadenia záložného práva pre projekty v rámci ŠC 2.1.2 a ŠC 2.1.3.
