Job Information:
As a lawyer – specialist in administrative proceedings for administrative offences in the field of e-Government, you will be responsible for the complex handling of proceedings for these administrative offences.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main task will be:
- Comprehensive support of proceedings in matters of administrative offences provided for in the e-Government Act and the ITVS Act (in the 1st stage), except for administrative offences related to obligations in the field of information technology security of public administration.
- Proposing sanctions for breaches of the obligations laid down in the eGovernment Act and the ITVS Act, in addition to sanctions for breaches of obligations in the field of public administration information technology security.
- Keeping records of administrative proceedings.
- Carrying out activities relating to the process of drafting legislation and other material, in particular commenting on legislative and non-legislative material, drafting draft legislation.
Candidate requirements:
- knowledge of legal regulations, especially in the field of administrative law, experience in electronic public administration an advantage
- English language level B2
- PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, Internet
Education and experience required:
- higher education II. degree, legal studies,
- 3 years relevant professional experience in law, preferably in administrative procedures
