The eGovernment Management Department of the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation of the SR is looking for a smart lawyer who is not afraid of challenges and interesting, creative and often unusual legal work to join its legal team. The main requirements that our future colleague should meet include excellent legal thinking and ability of analytical legal work.
Good knowledge of GDPR and IT legislation (Act No. 305/2013 Coll. on eGovernment, Act No. 177/2018 Coll., etc.) is a great advantage, but not a prerequisite. Job Description, powers and responsibilities:
Your main task will be:
- covering legal aspects of national IT project implementation (member of the project team),
- processing legal analyses,
- participating in the development of the legal aspects of IT concepts (MyData, OpenData, referencing, etc.),
- participation in the development of innovative IT legislation,
- contributing to the preparation of comments on draft laws and other general binding legislation affecting IT legislation,
- contributing to the preparation of conceptual materials, drafting and commenting on contracts and other legal materials or preparing opinions,
- continuous improvement of IT knowledge.
Candidate requirements:
- English B1
- Microsoft Office – advanced
- 4 years of legal experience
Education and experience required:
- university degree II
- law degree
