Job Information:
As the Methodology and Implementation Manager for Recovery and Resilience Plan, you will be involved in the development of national documents and the implementation of projects related to the Recovery and Resilience Plan. Your main role will be to provide methodology for setting up/managing/analysing the processes within the Recovery and Resilience Plan implementation, as well as to be directly involved in the administration of the implementation of individual projects.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to:
- Implement the Recovery and Resilience Plan mainly in connection with and in compliance with the Implementation System (LP/2021/691 System of Implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic)
- Develop methodological documents necessary for the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan
- Participate in the implementation processes related to call preparation, control, financial management, public procurement, risk analysis, monitoring, etc.
- Work in a substitution-based system – sharing work tasks with colleagues in the different stages of implementation
- Work together with relevant MIRDI sections in the preparation of projects funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility
- Analyse project deliverables and documentation in the area of methodology for Recovery and Resilience Plan projects
- Provide expertise and consultancy for Recovery and Resilience Plan projects
- Provide assistance in the planning and implementation of Recovery and Resilience Plan projects
- Monitor compliance with the budget set for various reforms and investments under Component 17 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan
- Provide assistance in the development and updating of relevant management documentation at the level of the MIRDI, the NICA and other central state administration bodies
- Communicate with MIRDI project managers, with intermediate bodies within the MIRDI and other ministries, and with the NICA
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a project manager in the area of EU-funded projects
- Experience and knowledge of public administration
Education and experience required:
- Higher education – Master’s degree level
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the implementation of EU-funded projects
