    Job Information:

    We are looking for an experienced IT Architect to join our team responsible for managing business and application architecture. Our aim is to create high quality public services for all with an end-user focus. We apply a product-focused approach, acting as a solution owner, defining the architecture, roadmap and functionality based on user requirements. We have many new projects underway and many more to guide or kick-start. We identify missing components and try to fill in the gaps. We provide our knowledge to our partners. That is why we are looking for reinforcement for our team of architects.     Job Description, Responsibilities:

    You main responsibilities will include:

    • Process requirements, ensure prioritisation and analysis of the current state, define requirements and needs for individual eGovernment products and services
    • Analyse the technologies used and make proposals for improvement
    • Identify overlapping requirements between departments and common blocks
    • Design draft architectural solutions for individual products and services/information systems
    • Promote the inclusion of the vision, concepts, strategies, principles and standards into the design of individual eGovernment projects
    • Oversee the implementation of the architectural design for individual products and services
    • Transform project goals, commitments and intentions into real designs and solutions
    • Define the system architecture, technical requirements and functional model
    • Actively communicate with internal and external partners
    • Responsibility for the development of technical documentation and the control of solution documentation
    • Monitor and introduce new trends in IT and eGovernment
    • Coach and provide support to more junior colleagues
    • Lead, train and supervise project team members

    Candidate requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT
    • Previous experience as an architect, minimum 3 years
    • General technological knowledge, ability to quickly grasp the advantages and disadvantages of technical solutions, be able to compare solutions, propose relevant criteria
    • Experience in designing and implementing solutions with multi-layered service-oriented architecture
    • Knowledge of modelling notations (ArchiMate, BPMN, UML or others)
    • Ability to read and prepare technical documentation for complex solutions
    • Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking
    • Communication skills, ability to explain complex technological solutions in a clear manner
    • Ability to translate user needs into understandable functional and non-functional requirements
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Higher education – Master’s degree level
    • Command of the English language, both written and spoken, at a conversational level

    Would be a plus:

    • TOGAF 9 and Archimate 3.0 or equivalent
    • Experience with a modelling tool (Enterprise Architect, BiZZdesign Enterprise Studio)
    • Detailed knowledge of integrations/data management/identity management/web solutions

    Education and experience required:

    • Higher education – Master’s degree level
    • TOGAF 9 and Archimate 3.0 or equivalent
    • Developer or DevOps background
