Position title: Project Coordinator
Workplace: Dúbravská cesta 4, Bratislava
Type of employment: temporary civil service
Salary conditions (gross): From EUR 1,300 gross/ The resulting salary is competitive with the private sector and will depend on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Job Information:
As Project Coordinator you will provide support to the programme and project team. Your main role will be to manage and maintain project documentation. You will interact with the project team/managers on a daily basis. As part of the project team, you will help manage government IT projects, with the aim of moving forward in a trendy and transparent manner.
Job Description, powers and responsibilities:
Your main task as a project coordinator will be:
- provide support to the programme and project team,
- ensure communication with project managers of MIRDI and other ministries,
- develop materials, documents and information in the area of project support,
- ensure documentation of requirements and subsequent evaluation of analyses,
- be responsible for maintaining project documentation.
Candidate requirements:
- experience and knowledge in project management
- experience in the delivery of IT projects
- experience in communicating with internal customers at the level of clarifying and challenging requirements and finding compromise solutions
Education and experience required:
- university education II. degree
- experience with project administration an advantage
Personal Attributes and Skills:
- English language at B1 level
