Salary conditions (gross): From 2,000 EUR gross/ The resulting salary will be subject to a personal interview and will be based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Job Information: As a Digital Policy Analyst, you will coordinate activities in the Digital Agenda Section on state policy development in the field of digital innovation and technology (strategies and legislation) as well as the preparation of strategic documents at European level. Furthermore, your role will be to prepare the content of calls for proposals aimed at supporting research and development of digital products and services as well as the deployment of advanced digital technologies. As an analyst, you will need to demonstrate the ability to work with data in the drafting of strategies, legislation and other government documents.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare the content of calls to support projects for research, development and deployment of digital technologies
- Work with key stakeholders across public administrations and the professional community to develop actions and policies in support of the digital economy and society
- Coordinate the implementation of the Digital Impact Assessment process as part of the evaluation of forthcoming legislation and strategies in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the SR
- Participate in the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of international indices and rankings such as DESI, OECD Going Digital Toolkit or IMD World Digital Competitiveness Index
- Prepare analytical documents and background documents for the MIRDI’s leadership of in the field of digitalisation
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination and/or analytical work and policy development
- Knowledge of legislative and non-legislative drafting
- Knowledge of the Slovak digital ecosystem and the latest trends in digital technologies
Education and experience required:
- Higher education – Master’s degree level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or policy development
- English language B2
