Salary conditions (gross): From 1,800 EUR gross/ The resulting salary will be subject to a personal interview and will be based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Job Information:
As a Product Manager, you will own and create the vision for selected products from the eGovernment portfolio. Your role will be to define goals, criteria for success and develop action plans in collaboration with teams across eGovernment (UX, analytics, legal and project teams) at the MIRDI as well as other ministries and/or external stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with the product team to deliver added value to users of Slovakia’s digital services, with a focus on ease of use.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility is to clearly identify problems/improvements and propose solutions related to the use of eGovernment products, ensuring their further development. Among other things, you will:
- Develop a strategic roadmap through which the eGov product vision will be delivered with an emphasis on simplicity
- Coordinate and manage eGov products/components across all stages of the product lifecycle
- Actively manage the product backlog in collaboration with the development team for selected eGov products
- Develop or ensure the development of product and user documentation
- Collaborate with UX research, data, project, development and other teams across the MIRDI as well as other ministries and other public authorities
- Help to improve the existing processes or introduce new ones that will contribute to more effective product management in the eGovernment
- Ensure product development/improvement in accordance with the ID SK – Single Design Manual
- Be an innovator and proactively present new ideas and solutions
Candidate requirements:
- IT experience
- Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Education and experience required:
- Higher education – Master’s degree level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
- Marketing experience
