Salary conditions (gross): From 2,000 EUR gross/ The resulting salary will be subject to a personal interview and will be based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Job Information: As a Project Coordinator for Digital Projects, you will be responsible for coordinating assigned projects from the Recovery and Resilience Plan for the digital economy. Your main task will be to prepare calls and supporting materials in line with the Recovery and Resilience Plan and its Implementation System. You will also oversee the formal checks of project applications received, assist in the contracting of successful applicants and help with the implementation of projects.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare the calls from the Recovery and Resilience Plan that focus on the development and application of top digital technologies, including the supporting documentation based on the template documents
- Communicate with applicants and subsequently beneficiaries, provide support in the implementation of successful projects
- Participate in the formal checking of applications, verifying the eligibility of applicants, activities and expenditure
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination and/or policy development; previous experience in state administration is welcome
- Understanding of issues related to the preparation of demand-driven calls or project implementation and related processes
- Knowledge of state aid
- Knowledge of the latest technological trends
Education and experience required:
- Higher education – Master’s degree level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or policy development
- English language B2
