Job Information:
As the Recovery and Resilience Plan Implementation Methodology Manager, you will direct and coordinate activities related to the Recovery and Resilience Plan. Your main role will be to provide methodological guidance and coordination of Recovery and Resilience Plan project activities, analyse project outputs and documentation in the area of Recovery and Resilience Plan methodology.
Be part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan team that will help to fundamentally advance digitalisation in Slovakia.
Job Description, powers and responsibilities:
Your main task will be:
- team building and coordination to achieve the tasks and objectives below
- implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, in particular in relation to and in accordance with the Implementation System (LP/2021/691 System of Implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic)
- methodological guidance and coordination of Recovery and Resilience Plan project activities
- cooperation with relevant departments of MIRDI in the preparation of projects funded by the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism
- analysing project outputs and documentation in the area of methodology for Recovery and Resilience Plan projects
- provide technical and consultancy services for Recovery and Resilience Plan projects
- provide assistance in planning and implementation of Recovery and Resilience Plan projects
- monitor compliance with the established budget for various reforms and investments of Component 17 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan
- provide assistance in the development and updating of relevant management documentation at the level of MIRDI, NIKA and other statutory authorities
- communication with MIRDI project managers, with intermediary bodies within MIRDI and other ministries, and with NIKA
Candidate requirements:
- minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a project manager
- experience in creating and implementing methodologies
- experience and knowledge of public administration
- experience in managing projects funded by European Structural and Investment Funds an advantage
Education and experience required:
- university degree II
- minimum 3 years professional experience
- minimum 1 year management experience
