Position title: Senior Analyst for the National Smart Mobility Project agenda
Workplace: Westend Gate, Dúbravská cesta 14, 041 04 Bratislava – Karlova Ves
Type of employment: fixed-term contract 03/2023, temporary civil service.

Job Description, powers and responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated member with working experience in strategic planning and project management in the field of informatisation, digitalisation, transport, investment, innovation, smart mobility concepts or national or external funding mechanisms (minimum 5 years of experience preferred).
- coordination of project activities also with the main project partner, the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic; participation in determining the further direction of the project
- cooperation in involving innovators, industrial and technological companies in solving IM challenges in cities and regions; identifying and supporting industry-university-science cooperation
- participation in domestic and foreign business trips, professional conferences, workshops, including active participation or cooperation in the organisation thereof
- activities within the established Intelligent Mobility Association Slovakia, support for linking entities, organisation of professional events, meetings of members, etc., in support of the creation of a functional ecosystem for intelligent mobility in the digital economy in the framework of the project
- analysing expert input on smart mobility concepts and public policy cooperation platforms
- collaborating in the development of strategy and public policy on the development of smart mobility
- conceptual, coordination and control activities in the elaboration of strategic documents
- cooperation on the design of an appropriate project support mechanism; preparation of calls for smart transport support
- performing tasks as an expert working group and committee member on substantive issues
- representing the project in public fora and preparing documents for this representation
Candidate requirements:
- experience in strategic planning and project management in the field of informatisation, digitisation, transport, investment, innovation, smart mobility concepts or national or external funding mechanisms (minimum 5 years experience preferred)
- English language at B2 level
- user level of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams and Internet
Education and experience required:
- level II or a level III university degree
- 5 years experience
