Job information:
We are looking for a skilled CX/UX specialist to join our BRISK team (Behavioural Research and Innovation Slovakia) responsible for accelerating the user quality of the state’s digital services. The team was set up 3 years ago with the mission to bring behavioural innovation to public administration. As an advisory body for ministries and partners, we are an accelerator of user quality of government services and websites. We are working on the projects: simplification of customer journey through life situations of citizens and entrepreneurs, creating unified design of state services (support for the application and development of a unified design system IDSK), slovensko.sk 2.0, korona.gov.sk, support for the application of the first „UX“ decree (Decree 547/2021 Coll. on e-agenda of the public administration). In addition, we train public administration employees and organise professional conferences (BIS2019 – 2022). We meet a lot of inspiring and competent people. Job description and responsibilities:
Your main tasks will be:
- Mapping customer journeys from available sources (as-is state mapping)
- Verification of mapping by business owners (ministries, government authorities)
- Analysing and processing the findings, presenting the mapping results to different teams
- Searching and designing new solutions based on the findings to improve the user experience of citizens and businesses in the area of CX and UX
- Change analysis (gathering input on the possible impact of proposed changes on the different layers – legislative, information, user)
- Participation in user surveys
- Participation in prototyping
- User testing and evaluation
- Designing to-be state of customer journey
- Participation in the draft visualization of design changes (drafting text and creating design, information architecture, etc.)
- Overseeing the implementation of changes, supporting the implementation including reporting on the application status of the proposed changes
- Validation of implemented changes into practice, ensuring continuous development and its support.
Profile of a successful candidate:
- Experience in user journey mapping and UX
- Experience in user journey design, information architecture (services/sites)
- Experience with Figma software welcome
- Experience in prototyping the proposed solution welcome
- Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking
- Good communication skills
- Diligence and reliability
- Ability to work in a team
Education and experience:
- University – master’s degree
